Florida man arrested for suspected 5th OWI after speeding on I-41 in Fond du Lac County
Around 11:22 p.m. Thursday, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper saw a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on I-41, south of State Highway 151.
