Owner of 3 local Culver's donating 100% of Tuesday's sales to Ukraine relief effort
Susan Bulgrin, who owns three local Culver's locations, is donating 100% of her Tuesday sales to Chef Jos Andrs' World Central Kitchen to benefit those going hungry in Ukraine.
