Three Texas tourists riding electric scooters on a Wisconsin INTERSTATE to the Harley-Davidson Museum blame GPS for routing as they are fined $204 each
Video from the Wisconsin DOT captured the three riders doing their best to get off of I-94 as vehicles sped past them. They were trying to go to the Harley Davisdon Museum.
